Erik de los Reyes – Associate and Architect at Board & Vellum

Erik de los Reyes, AIA, NCARB

Associate, Architect

Erik is a diligent, solutions-driven architect with over a decade of experience, who is always ready when creative inspiration strikes. He likes to start any project with research and brainstorming and believes collaborating with a diverse and multidisciplinary project team leads to thoughtful designs and the highest chance of project success. A visual learner and designer, Erik enjoys using technology to help guide the design process through computer simulations, renderings, and interactive virtual reality.

Erik earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Virginia School of Architecture. His project experience includes new custom homes, residential additions and remodels, seismic upgrades, and institutional design such as churches and educational facilities. He is a member of AIA and NCARB.

When he’s not at the office, you can find Erik exploring Seattle and traveling the world with his wife. He’s also a music lover (he plays guitar), and enjoys the outdoors, especially the beach where he can kayak and surf.
