Sneha Easwaran
Associate, Landscape & Site Design
Born and raised in the island city-state of Singapore, Sneha comes to Board & Vellum having studied and worked on both the East & West Coast. She graduated from The University of Pennsylvania’s School of Design with a Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture and Regional Planning.
Prior to moving to America, Sneha was a practicing artist and she showcased her work in independent galleries and UNESCO world heritage sites alike. Her work was featured in the Singapore Biennale through her site-based installation work and drawings.
Before Board & Vellum, Sneha’s global experiences paved the way for her roles at landscape architecture and planning firms in Portland, Seattle, Singapore, Washington DC, and Spain. Her work ranged from Master Planning and urban design (addressing the sense of place by balancing development with the regional ecology, environmental stewardship) to higher educational growth and smaller parks (addressing designing with a conscious mind for collective, low-budget organizing and urban practices). These exposures led Sneha to understand the plethora of scales and typologies of projects she has been a part of.
She is so excited to be a part of Board & Vellum’s team to push the envelope to improve the fabric of cities and their surrounding communities in the beautiful settings of the Pacific Northwest!
