Seward Park Gables Wins Two 2019 REX/T-REX Awards

1st place for “Bath Excellence” and 2nd for “Residential Remodel Excellence” for a major remodel.

The Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties honored our Seward Park Gables project with not one, but two 2019 Remodeling/Trades Remodeling Excellence (REX/T-REX) Awards! Awards entries are judged on a variety of areas, including aesthetics, special or unique design solutions, quality workmanship, use of appropriate building material, budgetary consideration, and challenges or obstacles faced. We’re excited to share this award with Armada Design & Build Inc. and our great clients!
