As a firm of cross-disciplinary studios (architecture, interior design, and landscape architecture), we offer a more integrated approach than many of our competitors. Our constant collaboration across disciplines results in design that is thoughtful, considerate, and efficient: delivering feasible and beautiful spaces that are well-constructed and will endure for the life of the project.
Throughout the phases — from pre-design to when you move in — it is our intent to work collaboratively and transparently with you. In addition, we ensure we communicate clearly. You’ll stay informed about what is happening with your project with weekly recap emails, and we return your calls and emails promptly. We always treat your project like it is our own.
Our working style is different.
Most firms of our size assign you a project manager with staff under them that you don’t get to meet, who have no idea how the billing works, and are only exposed to a small part of the project. Not here. Everyone on your project takes ownership, and a collaborative spirit means the best idea wins, no matter who came up with it.
We relish a good design crit.
We leverage the process of design critiques (“crits”), where we present and defend our ideas about a project to a well-educated and critical group. In this way, we ensure that every idea has been filtered through the lead designers, but with the added benefit of input from the entire team.
