Kyla Clary

Architecture

Kyla is an architectural professional who was drawn to her work by a love of solving complex puzzles. Both creative and analytical, Kyla loves exploring the balance of high-performance and aesthetically pleasing design: building ideas and assembling the parts into a cohesive whole.

Open minded and a sponge for new information, Kyla believes everyone has something to teach and there is always something new to learn. She loves collaborating and trading knowledge with others to discover new, groundbreaking solutions. Her love of learning and teaching led her to work as an instructor for both adult and children’s art and ceramics classes.

Kyla holds a Bachelor of Arts in 3D design, and earned a Master of Architecture from University of Oregon, where she was a teaching fellow in design studios and the Environmental Control Systems program. In her free time, Kyla can be found playing with her Aussie pup, Indigo, making pottery, or indulging in magical realism and literary fiction.
