Ballard Locks Residence
This whole-house green home remodel in Ballard transformed a 1930s home into an award-winning, 4-Star Built Green Certified home with open living spaces. The modernization of this home will help it last for many more decades, reaping the benefits of salvaging embodied energy while looking towards the future.
