Stream Dexios Apartments
Stream Dexios is new construction for a 6-story plus mezzanine mixed-use building with one story of below-grade parking and sweeping views from the rooftop. From ground-level commercial spaces to a mix of apartment units from studios to two-level penthouses, the building takes maximum advantage of the sloping site.
