Associate, Interior Design
After the third and final move made by her and her family to support her father’s career in the US Coast Guard, Brie fell in love with Washington and the scenic beauty of the Pacific Northwest almost immediately. It was here she found her true passion in the world of design and architecture — where she discovered aesthetics and function aren’t required to be mutually exclusive, and people could be the ultimate driving force behind creative, innovative solutions.
She pursued her career in design at Washington State University (Go Cougs!) in Pullman, receiving her BA in Interior Design along with minors in Construction Management and Fine Art History.
Brie’s design philosophy is centered around people. She believes everyone’s unique personal passions can and absolutely should be translated into their spatial experiences — working in harmony to create a timeless yet beautifully tailored final product. She brings two years of Seattle-specific design industry experience to Board & Vellum and hopes to flex both her artistic and technical muscles while further expanding her skill set in all areas of design, architecture, and construction.
On her days off, you can find Brie at the ballet studio, poorly rollerskating around Greenlake, or binging a true-crime docuseries on Netflix.
