2014's Preserving Neighborhood Character award was given to Danielle and David Hulton, owners of Ada’s Technical Books & Cafe
— along with supporting partners Board & Vellum and Model Remodel — for preserving and transforming a humble house into an inviting, community gathering place for a unique neighborhood business.
