Our Story
Client-centered authenticity is our north star, and we continue to prove that great design doesn’t require great ego.
Queen Anne Commercial Conversion
With support from the City, an eager developer, and the skilled design team at Board & Vellum, this commercial-to-residential conversion is transforming an unassuming, 1980s office building into a vibrant multifamily community. Strategic updates to meet code requirements, expanding the building’s overall massing, and an inherently sustainable design are making this adaptive reuse project a success.
