Emerald Award for Renovated Community of the Year 2019
Honoring excellence in the multifamily housing industry.
Each year, the Washington Multi-Family Housing Association (WMFHA) throws an awards gala honoring great work in the rental housing industry in Washington state. Honorees include both individuals working in the industry, as well as new and renovated multifamily buildings and communities.
In the 9th annual event in 2019, we were excited to hear The Eden, an apartment community operated by Thrive Communities, was honored with an Emerald Award for best “Renovated Community of the Year” for communities of 1-150 units.
Our interior design and landscape architecture teams were behind the renovation for The Eden's amenity spaces, as well as for the interior design, remodeling, and staging of the apartment units.
