Brandon Skinner, RA

Associate, Architect

Brandon loves designing spaces that bring people together. With over 20 years of experience, Brandon has spent the last decade of his career focusing on single-family residential projects, designing custom homes, alpine cabins, full-home renovations, and second and third-story additions. He is especially passionate about remodels — he enjoys identifying the strengths of an existing home and the challenge of giving them new life.

Washington born and raised, Brandon has extensive knowledge of Seattle’s permitting processes, building codes, and ordinances. Brandon is also familiar with navigating the Pacific Northwest’s unique conditions, from mountaintop parcels to urban tear-downs.

Brandon earned both Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees in Architecture from Washington State University. His work has been featured in Dwell, Luxe, Seattle Magazine, and Modern Salon. Outside the studio, Brandon loves camping and being outside, as well as supporting his favorite Seattle sports teams. He also enjoys cooking and making cocktails for his friends.
