Tanager Apartments
On a triangular Capitol Hill block, the Tanager Apartments weave two long-underused lots into a seven-story, mixed-use community where dense urban living meets Pacific Northwest wilderness. Two towers rise around a forested courtyard to rooftop decks themed for mountain meadow and alpine camping, adding 139 homes and three artist murals to the neighborhood.
